Design and Build Dewatering process
Dewatering is required in most cases where it is necessary to construct any civil works that are located partially or totally below the water level, usually until certain types of drainage and/or waterproofing systems can be installed which provide safety and stability of the site work.
McMillan Civil specialise in drilled small and large diameter wells for dewatering, and our experts will select the best method that is appropriate to the requirements of the work. We take into account, shallow or deep excavations, expected draw down requirements, and expected flow, plus any cut-off walls required. We always take into account the influence that the employment of the technique can generate on the neighboring areas to the work site.
